1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przebudowa drogi gminnej nr 380857W oraz 380847W (ul. Strażacka) o łącznej długości wynoszącej 921 mb. i szerokości jezdni 4,50 mb. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia jest zawarty w dokumentacji projektowej (tj. w dokumentacji projektowej dotyczącej przebudowy drogi gminnej nr 380857W oraz 380847W - ul. Strażacka wraz z projektem stałej organizacji ruchu, przedmiarze robót dotyczącym przebudowy drogi o długości 721,00 mb. i w przedmiarze robót dotyczącym przebudowy drogi o długości 200,00 mb.) oraz w szczegółowych specyfikacjach technicznych. 3. Przedmiotowe zadanie realizowane będzie zgodnie ze Specyfikacją Warunków Zamówienia, z dokumentacją projektową o której mowa w ust. 3, ze specyfikacją techniczną wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych, oraz zgodnie ze sztuką budowlaną i technologią wykonania, odpowiednimi przepisami prawa oraz aktualnymi normami.
