Zagródź 61), stanowiącej własność Gminy Wiskitki, o powierzchni objętej opracowaniem około 19 036 m². 2. Zamówienie obejmuje dwa etapy: – Etap 1: opracowanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej wraz z uzyskaniem niezbędnych opinii, uzgodnień, odstępstw i decyzji oraz uzyskanie decyzji o pozwoleniu na budowę (bądź dokonanie zgłoszenia budowy lub wykonywania innych robót budowlanych); – Etap 2: wykonanie robót budowlano-montażowych zgodnie z opracowaną dokumentacją oraz uzyskanie decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie (bądź dokonanie zgłoszenia zakończenia budowy).
