Zakres prac dla inwestycji: - zagospodarowanie terenu, - budowa kaplicy cmentarnej, - niezbędna infrastruktura techniczna. Po stronie wykonawcy będzie realizacja przedmiotu zamówienia z zachowaniem najwyższej staranności, zgodnie z zasadami współczesnej wiedzy technicznej, w oparciu o dokumentację projektową, pisma, uzgodnienia, warunki, opinie, decyzje, pozwolenia, a także uzyskanie protokołów odbiorów, wykonania badań, zgłoszeń, prowadzenia badań archeologicznych (w razie potrzeby), itp., zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa powszechnie obowiązującego.
