1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja nawierzchni kortów tenisowych w Szkole Podstawowej Nr 1 przy ul. Szkolnej 2 w Ożarowie Mazowieckim. 2. Zamówienie realizowane z budżetu Województwa Mazowieckiego w ramach Mazowieckiego Instrumentu Wsparcia Infrastruktury Sportowej „Mazowsze dla sportu” – edycja 2026. 3. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje m.in.: 1) wykonanie kompleksowej modernizacji nawierzchni kortów tenisowych o łącznej powierzchni ok. 1.150,00 m2, 2) demontaż istniejącej nawierzchni, 3) przygotowanie i wyrównanie podbudowy, 4) dostawę i montaż nowej nawierzchni z trawy syntetycznej, 5) dostawę wyposażenia kortów. 4. Szczegółowy opis zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, na który składają się: 1) Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, 2) Specyfikacja techniczna wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych, 3) Przedmiar robót. 5. Zgodnie z art. 310 pkt 1 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający może unieważnić przedmiotowe postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane
