1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej Krzywa - Okmiany cz. II, Gmina Chojnów. Zakres zadania obejmuje wyłącznie wykonanie odcinka kanalizacji tłocznej, zlokalizowanego na działkach ewidencyjnych nr 369/2, stanowiącej własność Krajowego Ośrodka Wsparcia Rolnictwa (KOWR), oraz 453/2, stanowiącej własność Gminy Chojnów, obręb Krzywa, łączącego istniejący odcinek kanalizacji wykonany pod autostradą A4 (dz. nr 448, obręb Krzywa), w kierunku miejscowości Krzywa, z istniejącym odcinkiem kanalizacji wykonanym pod drogą krajową DK94 (dz. nr 450, obręb Krzywa). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera opis przedmiotu zamówienia (załącznik nr 10 do SWZ), Dokumentacja techniczna (załącznik nr 11 do SWZ) oraz Załącznik nr 13 (Zakres zadania). Zamawiający załącza również przedmiar robót. Przedmiar robót należy traktować jako pomocniczy, w celu wyliczenia ceny.
