Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie kompleksowej modernizacji budynku magazynowego usytuowanego przy ulicy Rynek 11, 63-750 Sulmierzyce, działka ewidencyjna nr 1723. Celem modernizacji jest poprawa stanu technicznego i użytkowego obiektu, zapewnienie właściwych warunków przechowywania mienia i sprzętu oraz zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa i niezawodności infrastruktury wykorzystywanej do realizacji zadań z zakresu ochrony ludności i zabezpieczenia logistycznego. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności wykonanie robót budowlanych, remontowych, izolacyjnych, dekarskich, instalacyjnych oraz wykończeniowych, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, zasadami wiedzy technicznej i sztuką budowlaną. W ramach realizacji zadania przewiduje się wykonanie w szczególności następujących prac: 1) Ocieplenie i izolacja fundamentów 2) Ocieplenie ścian zewnetrznych płytami styropianowymi wraz z wyprawą elewacyjną 3) remont i wymiana pokrycia dachowego na blachodachówkę 4) montaż parapetów zewnętrznych 5) wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej: 6) roboty na posadzkach i ścianach budynku 7) roboty elektryczne (instalacja gniazd wtykowych, instalcja oświetleniowa 8) instalacja odgromowa 9) system monitoringu i zabezpieczeń
