1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Budowa placu zabaw oraz strefy street workout na działce ewid. nr 1091/3 w miejscowości Mikuszewskie”. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie: 1) robót ziemnych oraz fundamentowych niezbędnych do montażu urządzeń, 2) dostawę i montaż urządzeń placu zabaw, w tym m.in.: -zestawów zabawowych, -huśtawek, -karuzeli, -bujaków, -innych elementów małej architektury. 3) dostawę i montaż urządzeń street-workout przeznaczonych do ćwiczeń na świeżym powietrzu, 4) wykonanie nawierzchni bezpiecznych oraz ciągów komunikacyjnych zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową i obowiązującymi normami, 5) wykonanie stref bezpieczeństwa wokół urządzeń zgodnie z wymaganiami norm PN-EN.
