UWAGA: Zamówienie nie obejmuje robót rozbiórkowych (tj. rozebrania istniejącej altany drewnianej). Zamówienie obejmuje budowę garażu wolnostojącego wraz z wewnętrznymi instalacjami: elektryczną, miejscem do gromadzenia odpadów, utwardzeniami – dojście i dojazd do budynku, na terenie części działki nr ewid. gr.1199/4 w miejscowości Duńkowice obręb 0004 gmina Radymno. Budynek garażowy to budynek jednokondygnacyjny – parter bez poddasza użytkowego i bez podpiwniczenia, o wymiarach na rzucie prostokąta 7,08 m x 11,00 m i wysokości budynku 7,10 m, bez tarasu, budynek przykryty dachem dwuspadowym o kącie nachylenia połaci 30°.
