Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na przebudowie odcinka o długości 1,230 km istniejącej drogi leśnej w leśnictwie Chmieleniec (nr DSD 15-13-0311 – nazwa zwyczajowa: Chynowska), której całkowita długość wynosi 4,055 km (dalej: „Przedmiot zamówienia”). Odcinek będący Przedmiotem zamówienia stanowi część przedsięwzięcia (etap I), uwzględniającego przebudowę drogi leśnej na całej jej długości, podzielonego na 3 etapy. Poszczególne etapy zostały zaprojektowane tak, aby mogły być wykonane niezależnie od siebie i stanowić w pełni funkcjonalne odcinki drogi. Etap I, będący Przedmiotem zamówienia, o dł. 1 230 m (km 0+000 – km 1+230) stanowi północny odcinek drogi, mający początek na zjeździe z drogi powiatowej nr 1455G Łęczyce – Kostkowo, i prowadzący w głąb kompleksu leśnego w kierunku południowym, w stronę miejscowości Chmieleniec. Przedsięwzięcie położone jest w Specjalnym Obszarze Ochrony Ptaków PLB 220006 „Lasy Lęborskie” w ramach sieci Natura 2000 oraz na terenie Obszaru Chronionego „Pradoliny Redy-Łeby”. Zakres etapu I: dz.nr. 88, 15/7 (zjazd w granicach pasa drogi powiatowej); dz.nr. 270, 15/8, 271, 273, 276, 18/3, 277, 278; obręb: 221508_2.0012 _ Łęczyn / gm. Łęczyce.
