Przedmiotem zamierzenia budowlanego jest modernizacja układu komunikacyjnego w rejonie ulicy Dr Marii Garszwo w Pionkach. Przedmiotem zamierzenia budowlanego jest wykonanie remontu nawierzchni bitumicznej ulicy Bohaterów Studzianek w Pionkach, na odcinku od skrzyżowania z ul. Chemiczną do skrzyżowania z ul. Augustowską, o długości 516,4m. Celem wykonania remontu jest naprawa nawierzchni bitumicznej ulicy oraz poprawa jej odwodnienia – przywrócenie jej właściwego stanu technicznego. Szczegółowy zakres prac znajduje się w dokumentacji projektowej stanowiącej załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
