Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na zagospodarowaniu terenu wokół Zespołu Szkół Specjalnych w Wieluniu współfinansowanych ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Programu Regionalnego Fundusze Europejskie dla Łódzkiego 2021-2027 w ramach projektu FELD.02.15-IZ.00-0003/25 „Edukacja w zakresie kwestii środowiskowych i klimatycznych w Powiecie Wieluńskim” oraz ze środków Województwa Łódzkiego w projekcie „Łódzkie dla klimatu” na 2026 rok. W zakresie planowanego przedsięwzięcia jest wykonanie prac budowlanych, oraz przekazanie do użytkowania terenu będącego przedmiotem zamówienia. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: rozbiórka istniejącej nawierzchni betonowej, budowa nawierzchni mineralno-żywicznej, dostawa i montaż elementów małej architektury, wykonanie rabat doświadczalnych, wykonanie ścieżki sensorycznej, instalacja zbiornika wód deszczowych, wykonanie systemu nawadniania terenu, wykonanie nasadzeń roślin sensorycznych, nasadzenia drzew, krzewów, bylin i traw ozdobnych, wykonanie ogrodów deszczowych, roboty ziemne.
