Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi hostelowe dla pacjentów Centrum Radioterapii. Dalszy i dokładny opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (dalej jako: SWZ). Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo (w trakcie obowiązywania umowy oraz przed zawarciem umowy) możliwość wizytacji obiektu w celu sprawdzenia wykonywanych usług i przestrzegania wymaganych warunków. Przed zawarciem umowy Zamawiający będzie wymagał od najkorzystniejszego Wykonawcy dostarczenia wypełnionego kwestionariusza oceny podmiotu przetwarzającego dane w imieniu administratora (załącznik nr 8 do SWZ). Projekt umowy przetwarzania danych osobowych w imieniu administratora zostanie doprecyzowany po wyłonieniu wykonawcy.
