1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usunięcie wszystkich odpadów niebezpiecznych nielegalnie zgromadzonych i magazynowanych na terenie nieruchomości oznaczonej w ewidencji gruntów jako działka Nr 164/3, obręb Nr 2 miasto Orneta (dalej zwane odpadami), umieszczonych w beczkach i mauzerach oraz poddanie ich odpowiednim co do właściwości odpadów ostatecznym procesom unieszkodliwiania. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje wszystkie pełne beczki i mauzery znajdujące się na nieruchomości, w tym beczki określane jako „puste”, zawierające pozostałości, osady, resztki lub inne zanieczyszczenia związane z odpadami. 2. Szczegółowy opis, zakres oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia określony w załączniku Nr 1 do SWZ oraz Projekcie umowy załączniki nr 2 do SWZ.
