1. Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo – kosztorysowej oraz pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego dla zadania pn. „Rozbudowa, przebudowa i termomodernizacja budynku II Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. Hetmana Jana Zamoyskiego w Lublinie przy ul. Ogrodowej 16”. 2. Zakres prac obejmuje: 1) wykonanie dokumentacji na dostosowanie budynku II LO do przepisów ppoż. zgodnie z postanowieniami Lubelskiego komendanta Wojewódzkiego Państwowej Straży Pożarnej oraz ekspertyzą techniczną stanu ochrony pożarowej i obowiązującymi przepisami, 2) wykonania dokumentacji na termomodernizację budynku, 3) wykonanie audytu energetycznego dla przedsięwzięcia termomodernizacyjnego wraz z obliczeniem efektu ekologicznego, 4) sprawowanie nadzoru autorskiego.
