1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów logowanych na potrzeby KWP w Krakowie w postaci miksu gadżetów. 2. Szczegółowe określenie przedmiotu i wielkość zamówienia zawarte jest w załączniku nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia – Formularzu cenowym. 3. Maksymalna wielkość zamówienia została określona w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Formularzu cenowym. 4. Wszystkie dostarczane produkty muszą być właściwie ologowane, zgodnie z wytycznymi Zamawiającego. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące logowania zawarte są w projekcie Umowy (załącznik nr 4 do SWZ). 5. Dostawy realizowane będą do KWP w Krakowie, ul. Mogilska 109. Zamawiający wymaga należycie zabezpieczonej dostawy właściwej dla danego asortymentu. 6. Zawarcie umowy ramowej nie pozbawia Zamawiającego prawa do zamawiania przedmiotowych dostaw w drodze odrębnych postępowań o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego. 7. Umowa ramowa będzie obowiązywać od dnia zawarcia do dnia 30.09.2027 r., lecz nie dłużej niż do wyczerpania ilości asortymentu w niej określonego. 8. Terminy realizacji zamówień cząstkowych do 14 dni kalendarzowych od daty akceptacji wizualizacji z logo, o którym mowa w § 4 ust. 7 projektu umowy.
