Przedmiot zamówienia należy zrealizować w oparciu o założenia określone w Specyfikacji technicznej stanowiącej załącznik nr 2 oraz Specyfikacji asortymentowo -cenowej stanowiącej załącznik nr 3 oraz na zasadach i warunkach określonych we wzorze umowy obejmującym projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści tej umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
