1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Zakup i dostawa szaf i szafek przyłóżkowych dla pacjentów ROPS w Branicach”. 2. Z uwagi na fakt, że przedmiotem zamówienia jest jedna części z poprzedniego postępowania TP 4/2026, przedmiot zamówienia nie został podzielony na części. Szczegółowe warunki, zakres i sposób wykonania zamówienia określone zostały w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (zał. 2.1 do 2.2), zawierającym minimalne wymagania odnoszące się do przedmiotu zamówienia: zakup i wymiana szaf ubraniowych i szafek przyłóżkowych dla pacjentów 18 szaf i 18 szafek przyłóżkowych – tj. 18 kompletów 1) Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość zastosowania prawa opcji na podstawie art. 441 ustawy Pzp.
