Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa bonów żywieniowych (zwanych w dalszej treści także „bonami” uprawniających do otrzymania na ich podstawie produktów w celu przygotowania posiłków profilaktycznych) na realizację posiłków profilaktycznych dla pracowników Zarządu Cmentarzy Komunalnych w Krakowie z możliwością realizacji tych bonów w placówkach handlowych, w przewidywanej ilości 3 390 sztuk o łącznej wartości nabywczej 84 750,00 zł, realizowane w okresie październik – grudzień 2026 r. oraz styczeń – marzec 2027 r. 3.1.1. Zamawiający wymaga, aby Wykonawca wraz z ofertą dołączył wykaz punktów sprzedaży, w których można zrealizować bony na terenie miasta Krakowa. Lista punktów sprzedaży nie podlega uzupełnieniu na podstawie art. 128 ust. 1 ustawy. 3.2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w: 3.2.1.
