Zamawiający nie dokonuje podziału zamówienia na części, ponieważ nie jest to uzasadnione ze względu na specyfikę i wybiórczość dostawy. Przedmiotowe zamówienie ma bowiem charakter wykonawstwa jednobranżowego i jest niepodzielne z uwagi na nierozerwalność dostawy, konieczność zapewnienia kompatybilności systemowej w odpowiednim terminie i czasie.
