Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa przydomowych oczyszczalni ścieków na terenie Gminy Kowiesy w ilości 60 sztuk w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego pn.: „Budowa przydomowych oczyszczalni ścieków na terenie Gminy Kowiesy”. Lokalizacje objęte przedmiotem zamówienie stanowią własność osób fizycznych. 2. Zakres robót przewidzianych do realizacji w ramach prowadzonego postępowania obejmuje prace przedprojektowe i projektowe, dostawę urządzeń, roboty budowlane, rozruch i próby eksploatacyjne oczyszczalni, szkolenie użytkowników, prace porealizacyjne i dokumentację powykonawczą. 3. Szczegółowy zakres robót zawiera Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy (PFU) wraz w załącznikami – zał. nr 7 do SWZ.
