Przedmiot zamówienia jest budowa stacjonarnego punktu selektywnej zbiórki odpadów nr 2 w Częstochowie – zaprojektowanie i wykonanie. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Programie Funkcjonalno – Użytkowym (PFU) oraz jego załącznikach, stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 9 do SWZ. Zamówienie realizowane na podstawie w/w Programu funkcjonalno – użytkowego, obejmuje kompleksową realizację zadania w tym wszelkie niezbędne prace, dostawy i usługi konieczne do prawidłowego funkcjonowania PSZOK-u oraz przekazania obiektu Zamawiającemu do użytkowania. Celem inwestycji jest utworzenie Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów w zakresie realizacji obowiązku wynikającego z Ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach.
