1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja ciągu pieszego w Ruszkowicach ul. Wesoła o długości 160 mb. 2. Ponadto, zakres zamówienia obejmuje: • opracowanie harmonogramu rzeczowo-finansowego realizacji inwestycji • wykonanie robót na podstawie dokumentacji projektowej oraz Specyfikacji Technicznych Wykonania i Odbioru Robót; • opracowanie dokumentacji powykonawczej we wszystkich branżach (łącznie z protokołami, świadectwami dopuszczenia, atestami, informacją o udzielonej gwarancji, inwentaryzacją geodezyjną powykonawczą). 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera dokumentacja projektowa, specyfikacja techniczna wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych stanowiące załączniki do niniejszej specyfikacji istotnych warunków zamówienia (dalej SWZ). Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został wskazany w załączniku nr 10 do SWZ. Wizja lokalna jest wskazana i może ułatwić prawidłową ocenę warunków oraz zakresu prac, jednak jej przeprowadzenie nie jest obowiązkowe
