1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Budowa zielonego parkingu dla samochodów osobowych przy ulicy Jedność” w ramach Budżetu Obywatelskiego na 2026”. Inwestycja realizowana w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Szczegółowy zakres i sposób wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia jest kompleksowe : 1) Zaprojektowanie parkingu dla samochodów osobowych. Utworzenie „zielonego parkingu”. dla samochodów osobowych przy ul. Jedność w Chełmie. (zgodnie z pkt 1.1 PFU) 2) Wykonanie robót budowlanych związanych z budową parkingu dla samochodów osobowych (zgodnie z pkt 1.1PFU) Budowa parkingu dla samochodów osobowych w oparciu o opracowaną dokumentację projektową. Zamawiający zamierza przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia kwotę w wysokości 560 000,00 zł. 2. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określają: 1) Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy (PPU) - Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ; 2) Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy (PFU) - Załącznik nr 2 do PPU. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia w terminie do 8 tygodni od dnia zawarcia umowy lecz nie później niż do 10.12.2026 r.
