Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zadanie pn. Przebudowa drogi gminnej nr 251132W w m. Janochy, dz. nr ew. 189. Zadanie obejmuje wykonanie przebudowy drogi gminnej o istniejącej nawierzchni żwirowej na odcinku od km 0+195,16 do km 0+772,16. Prace obejmują roboty przygotowawcze, roboty ziemne, wykonanie podbudowy, wykonanie nawierzchni z mieszanki kruszywa naturalnego szerokości 3,5 m, zjazdów o nawierzchni z kruszywa naturalnego, obustronnych poboczy z kruszywa naturalnego o szerokości 0,75m oraz wykonanie mijanek o długości 26,4m. Szczegółowy zakres robót oraz warunki ich realizacji określają: 1) Dokumentacja projektowa - Załącznik Nr 9 do SWZ , 2) Specyfikacje Techniczne Wykonania i Odbioru Robót - Załącznik Nr 10 do SWZ, 3) Przedmiar robót - Załącznik Nr 11 do SWZ, który ma charakter poglądowy i może stanowić materiał pomocniczy do sporządzenia kalkulacji ceny przez Wykonawcę.
