Zamówienie obejmuje remont odcinka drogi gruntowej gminnej na długości 650m wg załącznika graficznego. Inwestycja zlokalizowana jest na działce nr 133 obr. Dyszno, gm. Dębno. Zakres prac do wykonania: a) Roboty pomiarowe i przygotowawcze, b) Mechaniczne wykonanie koryta, c) Profilowanie koryta, d) Wykonanie warstwy podsypkowej gr. 15cm z mieszanki stabilizowanej cementem C5/6 pod płyty PDTP, e) Ułożenie płyt drogowych typu PDTP w dwóch śladach wg przekroju, f) Wykonanie poboczy oraz uzupełnienie przestrzeni między płytami z kruszywa uzyskanego z korytowania, braki kruszywa należy uzupełnić nowym kruszywem z dowozu, g) Ułożenie krawężnika wtopionego na początku i końcu zakresu, h) Uprzątnięcie terenu inwestycji.
