1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych związanych z realizacją: „Przebudowa drogi dojazdowej do gruntów rolnych ul. Szklarnia w Kotulinie na odcinku od ul. Kotulińskiej do rozwidlenia dróg gruntowych o długości 0,612 km, Gmina Toszek”. Zakres i sposób wykonania robót będzie zgodny z opracowanym projektem techniczno-budowlanym. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w dokumentacji projektowej, specyfikacji technicznej wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych oraz Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (załącznik nr 3 do SWZ). Zadanie objęte jest dofinansowaniem środków budżetu Województwa Śląskiego uzyskiwanych na podstawie ustawy o ochronie gruntów rolnych i leśnych (budowa i modernizacja dróg dojazdowych do gruntów rolnych).
