1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Remont budynku przy ul. Dmowskiego 2 w Koninie, Obejmujący zakres robót: - dostosowanie obecnego układu pomieszczeń do użytkujących je osób poprawiając program funkcjonalno-użytkowy, - wydzielenie nowych sanitariatów i szatni z podziałem na kobiety i mężczyzn, - likwidacja progów między pomieszczeniami, - dostawa i montaż nowych urządzeń sanitarnych, - dostawa i montaż nowego wyposażenia szatni oraz jadalni (urządzenia, meble), - remont lub wykonanie nowej instalacji wentylacyjnej grawitacyjnej, - wykonanie nowej instalacji c.o. i c.w.u. w projektowanych pomieszczeniach, - wykonanie nowej instalacji elektrycznej oraz oświetleniowej w projektowanych pomieszczeniach, - remont ścian, sufitów oraz podłóg, - wymiana drzwi wewnętrznych, - remont ściany od strony parku.
