Opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają: STWIORB, Dokumentacja projektowa z kompletem dokumentów formalnych (uzgodnieniami, opiniami i decyzjami) oraz przedmiar robót, stanowiące Załącznik nr 3a do SWZ; 2. Remont i termomodernizacja budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego przy ul.
