Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Termomodernizacja i wymiana poszycia dachu Miejskiej Hali Sportowej przy ul. Sosnowej 3 w Pionkach” W ramach remontu zostanie wykonane nowe poszycie dachu wraz z jego termomodernizacją. Wymiary dachu hali: 32,42 m x 31,62 m (1025 m2) W związku z remontem planuje się: • Demontaż ocieplenia wraz z papą oraz utylizacją • Demontaż obróbek blacharskich, rur spustowych oraz utylizacja • Wyczyszczenie oraz naprawa ubytków płyt korytkowych • Ułożenie jednej warstwy papy paroizolacyjnej zgrzewalnej • Ułożenie warstwy ocieplenia ze styropianu EPS 150 gr 20 cm • Ułożenie papy podkładowej termozgrzewalnej • Ułożenie papy wierzchniego krycia modyfikowanej SBS z posypką mineralną • Wykonanie nowych obróbek blacharskich, oraz rur spustowych • Malowanie ścian wnętrza hali w miejscach zacieków spowodowanych nieszczelnością dachu.
