Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej, tj. projektu budowlanego, technicznego i wykonawczego oraz specyfikacji technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowalnych wraz z przedmiarami robót oraz kosztorysami inwestorskimi, z uzyskaniem wszelkich niezbędnych uzgodnień, opinii, decyzji oraz ostatecznego pozwolenia na budowę, które pozwolą Zamawiającemu kompleksowo zrealizować ww. inwestycję (z uwzględnieniem sprawowania nadzoru autorskiego przez Wykonawcę). Dokumentacja projektowa zostanie opracowana w oparciu o projekt koncepcji architektonicznej - stanowiący załącznik nr 14 do SWZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 12 do SWZ.
