Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa dotycząca zapewnienia zakwaterowania, wyżywienia, serwisu kawowego i sali szkoleniowej dla uczestników konferencji organizowanej przez Zamawiającego w Sierpcu w dniach 08-09.10.2026 r. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: a) zakwaterowanie w hotelu o standardzie co najmniej 3-gwiazdkowym, zlokalizowanym w Sierpcu, dla 149 osób, b) zapewnienie pełnego wyżywienia dla 150 uczestników konferencji, c) zapewnienie ciągłych serwisów kawowych serwowanych dla 150 uczestników konferencji, d) wynajem sali konferencyjnej na potrzeby organizacji konferencji, e) zapewnienie możliwości realizacji zaplanowanych warsztatów muzealnych stanowiących integralną część programu konferencji, które odbędą się w Muzeum Wsi Mazowieckiej w Sierpcu.
