Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sporządzenie masterplanu dla części dzielnicy Oksywie w rejonie ul. Dickmana rozumianego jako kompleksowe opracowanie koncepcyjno-operacyjne w formie opisowej i graficznej. Opracowanie służy określeniu kierunków rozwoju obszaru położonego w dzielnicy Oksywie, stanowiącego część obszaru rewitalizacji w Gdyni. Na przedmiot zamówienia składa się: Masterplan jest opracowaniem rozumianym jako kompleksowe opracowanie koncepcyjno operacyjne w formie opisowej i graficznej opracowywane etapowo, obejmujące 1) Etap I – analizy i diagnozę uwarunkowań, 2) Etap II – plan ramowy, 3) Etap III – wariantowe koncepcje zagospodarowania wraz ze scenariuszami wdrożenia i oceną porównawczą, 4) Etap IV – opracowanie masterplanu w wersji przeznaczonej do konsultacji, zawierającego: - docelową strukturę urbanistyczną i funkcjonalną, - koncepcję przestrzeni publicznych i detalu urbanistycznego, - rozwiązania w zakresie układu komunikacyjnego i dostępności, - rozwiązania w zakresie systemu zieleni i błękitno-zielonej infrastruktury, - zasady etapowania i wdrażania przekształceń w rejonie ul.
