Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług pocztowych w obrocie krajowym i zagranicznym na potrzeby Gminy Biskupice w latach 2027 – 2028 w zakresie przyjmowania, przemieszczania i doręczania przesyłek oraz zwracania przesyłek rejestrowanych do Zamawiającego po wyczerpaniu możliwości ich doręczenia lub wydania odbiorcy, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 23 listopada 2012 r. Prawo pocztowe (t. j. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 558), przepisami wykonawczymi do tej ustawy oraz innymi przepisami prawa obowiązującymi w tym zakresie.
