Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej, Specyfikacji Technicznych Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych, przedmiarów robót oraz kosztorysów inwestorskich dotyczących przebudowy budynku Zespołu Szkół Ponadpodstawowych nr 2 Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego imienia Tadeusza Kościuszki w Łowiczu w związku ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania na pracownię mechanizacji rolnictwa w ramach projektu pn.: „Modernizacja pracowni warsztatowych do potrzeb zdobycia kwalifikacji branżowych na nowoczesnym rynku pracy w Powiecie Łowickim”. 2. Zamawiający wymaga, pod rygorem odrzucenia oferty, by Wykonawca udzielił na przedmiot zamówienia minimum 24 miesiące gwarancji oraz minimum 24 miesiące rękojmi, licząc od daty dokonania odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia. 3. Wykonawca wykona usługę stanowiącą przedmiot zamówienia w terminie 120 dni od zawarcia umowy, z zastrzeżeniem, że projekt budowlany należy wykonać w terminie 80 dni od zawarcia umowy.
