Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa usługa organizacji jednodniowego wydarzenia networkingowego, wykładowo-warsztatowego, Polskiej Sieci Badań Klinicznych z modułem targowo - wystawienniczym w Warszawie. Szczegółowy zakres usługi oraz obowiązki Wykonawcy określone zostały w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwanym dalej „OPZ”, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy, stanowiących Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. Zamawiający stawia wymaganie związane z zatrudnieniem osób wykonujących wskazane przez Zamawiającego czynności na podstawie stosunku pracy, o których mowa w art. 95 Ustawy Pzp. Szczegółowe informacje znajdują się w § 4 - Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
