1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa elementów wymiennych do wstrzykiwacza Medrad Centargo stosowanego w tomografii komputerowej. 2. Specyfikację asortymentowo-ilościowo-cenową przedmiotu zamówienia, wymagane parametry techniczno-użytkowe oraz inne wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia określa Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ, który Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wypełnić i załączyć do oferty. 3. Stosownie do wymogu określonego w art. 246 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający stosując kryterium ceny o wadze przekraczającej 60%, określił w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ) wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do co najmniej głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia.
