1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 1 szt. fabrycznie nowego lekkiego samochodu kwatermistrzowskiego – SLKw o parametrach technicznych i wyposażeniu zgodnym z treścią specyfikacji. 2. Za fabrycznie nowy uznaje się pojazd nie eksploatowany. Rok produkcji minimum 2026. 3. Szczegółowa charakterystyka przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Specyfikacja techniczna” stanowiący „Minimalne wymagania techniczno-użytkowe”. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji określa załącznik nr 4 do SWZ „Projektowane postanowienia umowy”. 4. Minimalny okres gwarancji na pojazd wynosi 24 miesiące/lub 100 tys. kilometrów. Okres rękojmi jest równy okresowi gwarancji.
