1. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa środków do myjki obuwia operacyjnego do siedziby Zamawiającego zgodnie z opisem i wymaganiami zawartymi w Załączniku nr 1 do nin. Specyfikacji. 2. Termin ważności / okres gwarancji przedmiotu zamówienia nie może być krótszy niż 12 miesięcy od daty dostarczenia. 3. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo zwrócenia się do Wykonawców na etapie badania i oceny ofert o udostępnienie próbek oferowanego przedmiotu zamówienia w celu ich przetestowania i sprawdzenia. 4. Oferty nie posiadające pełnego zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia - w zakresie części, której dotyczą -zostaną odrzucone. 5. Pozostałe warunki zamówienia określa projekt umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 3 do Specyfikacji.
