Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi zakup i dostawa fabrycznie nowego, kompletnie zabudowanego ambulansu typu C z napędem 4 x 4 -w ilości 1 sztuka wraz z wyposażeniem tj. noszami, defibrylatorem transportowym, respiratorem transportowym, krzesłem kardiologicznymi na potrzeby Pogotowia Ratunkowego ZOZ w Kłobucku. Opis przedmiotu Zamówienia określa załącznik Nr 2 - Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający wymogi - parametry wymagane użytkowo - techniczne dla pojazdów i wyposażenia oraz załącznik nr 2 a- Zestawienia parametrów ocenianych oraz zapisy projektu umowy. Wskazane w załączniku nr 2 parametry stanowią wymagania minimalne, z wyjątkiem niektórych parametrów dodatkowo punktowanych, które są fakultatywne. Wykonawca może zaproponować wyższe niż minimalne parametry. Przedmiot zamówienia musi w całości spełniać wymagania i posiadać dokumenty umożliwiające rejestrację ambulansów na terenie Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej.
