1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa pojazdu samochodowego typu autobus 17+1 (dalej zwany pojazdem) przystosowanego do przewozu osób niepełnosprawnych dla Warsztatów Terapii Zajęciowej w Sawinie. 2. Zakupiony pojazd winien być fabrycznie nowy, nieużywany, sprawny technicznie, kompletny, gotowy do użytku, wolny od wad fizycznych (konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych, wykonawczych) oraz wad prawnych, a także spełniać wymagania określone w obowiązujących przepisach prawa, w szczególności w zakresie dopuszczenia pojazdu do ruchu drogowego oraz winien spełniać wymagania techniczne i wyposażeniowe określone w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wykazie minimalnych wymaganych parametrów techniczno-użytkowych pojazdu stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
