Budynek będzie składał się z głównej hali lodowiska i zaplecza przeznaczonego na pomieszczenia sanitarne, techniczne i socjalne. Obiekt ma pełnić funkcję lodowiska w okresie zimowym, a w okresie letnim funkcjonować jako kort tenisowy.
