Zamówienie polega na remoncie pokrycia dachowego i instalacji odgromowej zabytkowego budynku dawnego „Szpitalika Rogera”, stanowiącego obecnie siedzibę Oddziału Biura ZPKWŚ w Rudach przy ul. Raciborskiej 10, i znajdującego się na działce nr 123/56 (identyfikator działki ewidencyjnej 241105_5.0006.AR_2.123/56). Budynek objęty opracowaniem został wzniesiony w 1858r i został wpisany w dniu 31 maja 1991r. do rejestru zabytków województwa katowickiego klasy „A” – nr rejestru A/1425/91 (nr decyzji: PSOZ-53400/R/93/2/91) oraz 26 stycznia 2021r. do Rejestru Zabytków Województwa Śląskiego – nr A/754/2021 (nr decyzji: KRD.5130.14.2021.MB).
