1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Remont barierek schodowych w budynku Sądu Rejonowego w Skierniewicach”. 2. Prace remontowe będą prowadzone w czynnym obiekcie - nie mogą zakłócać funkcjonowania Sądu. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby Wykonawca przed złożeniem oferty odbył wizję lokalną miejsca realizacji robót. Termin wizji lokalnej należy uzgodnić indywidualnie z Anną Szeligą, tel. 513 024 408, w dni robocze od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 8:00-14:00. Z przeprowadzonej wizji lokalnej Zamawiający sporządzi protokół lub listę obecności, stanowiące potwierdzenie jej odbycia. Wykonawca nie ma obowiązku dołączania do oferty odrębnego potwierdzenia odbycia wizji lokalnej. 4. Oferta złożona bez odbycia wymaganej wizji lokalnej podlega odrzuceniu na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 18 ustawy Pzp.
