Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja dachu płaskiego nad salą gimnastyczną SP3 w Markach. Roboty obejmują demontaż istniejącego pokrycia z membrany PVC wraz z warstwami towarzyszącymi oraz wykonanie nowego układu dachowego z pokryciem z membrany PVC. Celem robót jest wykonanie szczelnego i trwałego pokrycia, przywrócenie prawidłowego odwodnienia dachu, ograniczenie zastoin wody oraz usunięcie skutków przecieków w obrębie sufitu sali gimnastycznej. Orientacyjne wymiary dachu wynoszą 17,35 x 13,35 m. Na dachu znajdują się: 8 świetlików ok. 1,95 x 1,95 m, jeden świetlik ok. 1,20 x 2,00 m, klapa wejściowa, kominy, przejścia instalacyjne oraz 4 wpusty dachowe. Wymiary i ilości należy zweryfikować z natury. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają: 1) Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, 2) Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ Dokumentacja techniczna, 3) Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ Wzór umowy.
