Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie kompleksowego wielobranżowego projektu budowlanego i wykonawczego wraz z przedmiarem robót, kosztorysem inwestorskim, specyfikacją techniczną wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych wraz z niezbędnymi uzgodnieniami, operatami oraz wybudowaniem budynku magazynowo garażowego KW PSP Rzeszów (Ośrodek Szkolenia PSP w Nisku). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera zał. nr 6 do SWZ – Program funkcjonalno-użytkowy wraz z załącznikami, a szczegółowe warunki realizacji zał. nr 4 do SWZ - Projekt umowy. Miejsce realizacji zadania: Nisko, ul. Nowa 42, 37-400 Nisko, powiat niżański. Zamawiający oświadcza, że posiada prawo do dysponowania nieruchomością na cele budowlane w rozumieniu art. 3 pkt 11 ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. Prawo budowlane. Zamawiający nie wymaga i nie przewiduje przeprowadzenia przez Wykonawców wizji lokalnej, ani sprawdzenia przez Wykonawców dokumentów niezbędnych do realizacji zamówienia dostępnych na miejscu u Zamawiającego.
