Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na adaptacji pomieszczeń parteru w budynku Urzędu Miejskiego położonego na działce oznaczonej geodezyjnie nr 236, obręb 0002 miasta Świebodzin. Adaptacja obejmuje wykonanie robót na poziomie parteru i piwnicy budynku, nie ingeruje w elewacje. Okna i drzwi zewnętrzne pozostają bez zmian. Wszystkie roboty budowlane będą wykonywane wewnątrz budynku. W wyniku adaptacji pomieszczeń zmieni się układ komunikacyjny na parterze w budynku. Powstaną dodatkowe korytarze, nowe toalety, sala konferencyjno-szkoleniowa, biuro Rady Miejskiej, serwerownia, hol z aneksem kuchennym, magazyn, pomieszczenie gospodarcze, biuro podawcze i biuro Centrum Obsługi Inwestora. Zamówienie współfinansowane jest ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubuskiego 2021-2027, Priorytet 1. Fundusze Europejskie dla lubuskiej gospodarki, Działanie 1.7 Rozwój przedsiębiorczości – ZIT. 2.
