1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane: remont nawierzchni dróg gminnych na terenie gminy Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, w zakresie wykonania nowych warstw bitumicznych jezdni oraz odtworzenia poboczy i innych elementów pasa drogowego. Zaplanowano odtworzenie nawierzchni jezdni poprzez wykonanie w miejsce zniszczonych warstw konstrukcyjnych nowe warstwy - wyrównawczą z betonu asfaltowego o śr. gr. od 2,5cm - 3cm oraz warstwy ścieralnej z betonu asfaltowego o gr. 4cm. W ramach zadania przewidziano remont poboczy przy użyciu kruszywa łamanego 0/31,5 stabilizowanego mechanicznie oraz remont innych elementów pasa drogowego tj. chodników, odwodnienia. Niniejsze prace są konieczne do wykonania z uwagi na bezpieczeństwo i komfort użytkowników drogi oraz z uwagi na ochronę drogi przed dalszą degradacją. 2. Szczegółowy zakres robót określony został w specyfikacji technicznej wykonania i odbioru robót, przedmiarze robót oraz w dokumentacji projektowej.
