1. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje poprawę parametrów technicznych ul. Sielskiej na odcinku o długości 175 mb. Prace będą polegały na wykonaniu podbudowy i nawierzchni bitumicznej, obejmującej wykonanie warstwy wiążącej z mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej AC16W o grubości 5 cm oraz warstwy ścieralnej z mieszanki AC11S o grubości 5 cm, wraz z wykonaniem poboczy i zjazdów w zakresie pasa drogowego oraz wykonanie odwodnienia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 7 do specyfikacji, tj. przedmiar robót oraz mapę, zwane dalej „dokumentacją techniczną”. Zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 793 z późn. zm.) Zamawiający opisując przedmiot zamówienia przez odniesienie do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 oraz ust. 3 Pzp, dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym w dokumentacji technicznej.
