Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa i modernizacja magazynu na potrzeby Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej w Radzyniu Chełmińskim, działka nr 492, obręb 0015 Radzyń Chełmiński, gmina Radzyń Chełmiński. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: - opracowanie koncepcji i przedłożenie jej Zamawiającemu do akceptacji, - wykonanie projektu budowlanego i wykonawczego wraz z przedmiarem, kosztorysem, STWIORB oraz wszystkimi niezbędnymi opracowaniami dodatkowymi, - uzyskanie pozwolenia na budowę, - wybudowanie obiektu magazynu zgodnie z opracowanym projektem wraz z wykonaniem prac towarzyszących, - wykonanie dokumentacji powykonawczej, - uzyskanie pozwolenia na użytkowanie obiektu, - przekazanie obiektu Zamawiającemu gotowego do użytkowania.
