Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na: - przewidziano montaż sytemu składającego się z pompy ciepła z jednostką wewnętrzną, podłączeniem do instalacji c.o. obsługiwanych przez jednostkę zewnętrzną typu split; - montaż jednostek wewnętrznych, agregatów zewnętrznych, rurarzu; - modernizacja instalacji grzewczej; - montaż przewodów i elementów instalacji skroplin; - wymiana WLZ; - wymiana rozdzielni głównej i złącza napowietrznego; - wymiana pionów zasilających; - wymiana tablic licznikowych; - wymiana uziemnienia ochronnego; - wymiana oświetlenia w części administracyjnej; -Dokonanie pomiarów i prób, sporządzenie protokołów i przekazanie ich zamawiającemu.
